Rules, policies and conditions of Casa Chocolat

Checkin & Checkout

The time of entry to the house will be from 15.00 hours of the first contracted day and departure until 12.00 hours of the last contracted day, as established by the current regulations in Castilla y León (Order October 27, 1955 of the Development 84/1955 of May 11 of the Regulation of Rural Tourism Accommodations.

Other special scheduling options upon request (extended hours may incur a surcharge and are subject to availability).

Reservation

To make the reservation effective, you must make the payment through our reservation platform in the reservation section of this website.

In case of a manual reservation and payment via bank transfer must be requested via email or by our whatsApp, once payment is made must send confirmation by email or whatsApp within 24 hours after receiving the booking email, indicating date of stay and name of the person responsible for the reservation.

If the bank confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice and will be available to other potential clients.

Pets allowed on request

Please advise at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet, failure to do so may result in denial of admission upon arrival. No refund possible.

An additional payment of 10€ per pet per stay will be requested and can be paid at the time of booking by selecting the extra charge for “pet” or in cash at check-in.

It is not allowed

– Celebrations, parties or events.
– Stag and hen parties.
– Dangerous breed dogs.
– Introduce additional mattresses, mats or beds into the dwelling.
– Exceeding the number of authorized guests.
– Bringing pets without notification

Standards

– Respect the schedules and coexistence regulations: music, consumption of alcoholic beverages on public roads, posting posters without authorization) and all those governing the municipality of Sigüenza – Castilla La Mancha. 

– The use of all types of pyrotechnic material is prohibited. 

– The maximum number of guests allowed is 5 people. In no case will more people than those stipulated be admitted, both inside and outside the house. If more seats are needed or in the case of children, please consult in advance for authorization.

Reservation cancellation policy

All reservations will be firm, with no option to change the date or cancel, as the deposit will be forfeited. Only in case of major forces of perimeter closure of the town where Casa Chocolat is located, the reservation will be moved to a new date under previous agreement and within the next 3 months from the initial date. under no circumstances will money be refunded.

The cancellation policy will always apply, regardless of the cause.

In case of any doubt or rule not explicit here Casa Chocolat will be governed by the current regulations in Castilla y Leon (Order October 27, 1955 of the Development 84/1955 of May 11, 1955 on the Regulation of Rural Tourism Accommodations).

This website is adapted to the Spanish and European regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data on the Internet. The following rules are observed:
