Pricing and payment
The prices displayed on the Web Site are final prices, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated and applied by law, especially with regard to VAT.
Under no circumstances will the Website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings for which the User has already received a booking confirmation.

Casa Rural uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank does not authorize the payment, Casa Rural will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the User.
Once Casa Rural receives the purchase order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge to the card will be made at the time the User is sent confirmation of shipment and/or confirmation of the service being provided in the manner and, if applicable, place established.

Purchase or acquisition orders in which the User selects bank transfer as the payment method will be reserved for 5 calendar days from the order confirmation in order to allow sufficient time for the bank transfer to be taken into account by the payment system used by Rural house for the Web Site.
Payment via bank transfer must be requested via email or whatsApp, once payment is made you must send confirmation by email or whatsApp within 24 hours after receiving the booking email, indicating date of stay and name of the person responsible for the reservation.
If the bank confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice and will be available to other potential clients.
Using this payment method, the User must ensure that he/she enters the exact amount of the reservation, as well as the account number and the transfer reference. In case of error, Casa Rural will not be able to validate the order, which will be cancelled.
How to make a reservation
To make a reservation you must go to the reservation section and select in our calendar the desired date to spend the night at Casa Chocolat. Once you have selected the days you want, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps requested on the web page and follow the purchase instructions that appear on the screen. You will only be asked to
the necessary data for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order. Before formalizing the purchase you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT the present conditions as well as the privacy policy. The data recorded by the website constitutes proof of the transactions made. The customer will receive confirmation of the order by e-mail.

Delivery
The booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. The delivery time is less than 24 hours, if after that time you have not received the booking confirmation you should write an email to info@casachocolat.es indicating the details of your reservation.
The deadlines indicated will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we are unable to meet the reservation date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to either proceed with the purchase by setting a new reservation date or cancel the reservation with a full refund of the price paid.
Cancellation of an order
All reservations will be firm, with no option to change the date or cancel. Only in case of major forces of perimeter closure of the town where Casa Chocolat is located, the reservation will be moved to a new date under previous agreement and within the next 3 months from the initial date. under no circumstances will money be refunded. The cancellation policy will always apply, regardless of the cause.
Responsibilities
